Pricing for development (new site) and migration (existing site) is subject to negotiation. Expect development/migration of a small site (less than 10 pages) to cost between $100-$300 and development.

Sites can be self-hosted (you get all the files) or hosted by us (we bill you for hosting and handle content posting and maintenance).
